Oh the life of a rapper. Anyways, TMZ.com reports,

TMZ has learned Kid Cudi was arrested in NYC today for felony criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
Sources say Kid took a 24-year-old woman’s phone and slammed it to smithereens. He also allegedly broke the door of her apartment off its hinges.
Cops arrived and found a glass bottle of a controlled substance.

Lil Boosie To Get Death Penalty?

Oh my goodness I hope this isn't true. Sources are saying that rapper Lil Boosie can face the death penalty in a Louisiana court for the murder of rapper Chris Nussie Jackson. Allegedly people in Boosie's camp are responsible for the murder and they are associating Boosie with them. Hopefully they don't charge him with the death penalty.

Naomi To Testify?

She might be! Supermodel Naomi Campbell is on the edge of being called to testify in the war crimes trial against former Liberian President Charles Taylor. Talks are that the former president gave Naomi a blood diamond. The defense team feels that calling Naomi to testify is tangential to the real issues. The prosecutors say that if she testifies that the direct evidence of the accused’s possession of rough diamonds from a witness unrelated to the Liberian or Sierra Leone conflicts. The main focus should be if Naomi wants to testify or not, but she does not wish to. It would make sense to call her cause she's the one who allegedly received the blood diamond anyways.

Chris Brown In Another Altercation

Baller Alert reported Chris Brown was partying in Miami last Thursday, when this popped off:
Apparently Chris Brown got in some mess in Miami at Club MIA. Some females in his entourage were fighting. The other girls that were fighting tried to hit Chris Brown with a bottle and his bodyguard didn’t want Chris Brown to get hit, so he shielded Chris Brown and got hit with the bottle. One of Chris Brown’s friends got beat up (described as a guy with a funny hair cut). The girls followed him outside and tried to get into his car and fight Chris. Heard it was a wild night.
