“The album is progressing miraculously, I would say,” Minaj said in an interview. “It’s coming out way better than I could even have imagined or dreamed or hoped for…It’s been very exciting to finally just make music that I love and not really having to incorporate myself on someone else’s record…I’ve been having a really great time…I have a record called ‘Right Through Me’ that I think will be a standout. It’s not gonna come right now. It’ll come closer to when the album drops, but it’s a really, really pretty song. Everyone’s gonna like it…It’s just really insightful but in a very conversational kind of way.”November 23!

Foxy Brown Speaks On Nicki Minaj
The legendary rapper Foxy Brown recently spoke on her opinion of fellow rapper Nicki Minaj. She says,
What’s funny, I actually applaud Nicki for it. I think she’s doing an incredible job of branding herself. When you’re a boss bitch, you give it up. Send her a Chanel bag or something. If you’re winning, you’re winning. That’s just how I see it. “I’m not caught up in that at all … I’m not even in that category. I’m still one of the youngest female rappers in the game. [Other female rappers] may feel like that because they’re older, but I myself am still young. I don’t feel that. I applaud what she’s doing.”
Love the positivity. Would that be so hard Kim?

Nicki Minaj Explains Your Love Video Ending
Remember that extra dramatic ending in rap queen Nicki Minaj's new video Your Love? How could you forget? Well MTV news caught up with the Harajuku Barbie and she explained the ending. She said,
"I just felt like that was the most emotional and truthful storyline. I felt like mostly everyone would normally make themselves win in the end. I wanted to show that the only way I could be beat is if you cheat. If you cheat! If you play fair and square, I'm gonna win. It's my little way of looking at it. Also, I felt it was almost heart-wrenching to see it. I made myself this nice girl in the video and you bond with the character, you know what I mean? You know what I mean. You see her die. I wanted people to talk about it in the end. 'Why did she make that decision?' I wanted them to cry."
Well I didn't cry, I almost laughed. It was a hot video though. I truly loved it. It also reminded me of Janet and Nelly's Call On Me Video, which was also amazing :)

Nicki Minaj Talks Colorful Wigs
Rapper Nicki Minaj's wigs seem to be garnering her a lot of attention these days. Reguardless of what Lil Kim says, Nicki Minaj says she enjoys the wigs and doesn't plan to stop wearing them. She told Hype Hair Magazine,
“Go for a human hair wig in jet black with a blunt cut China bag...I like the green bob. Everyone seems to like that. People are saying it's the winner right now...I decided to choose a new look. Color makes me happy. It really excites me. I am a very visual person and when I look in the mirror, and I see green or I see pink, it does something to my attitude. It makes me feel positive."
Whatever makes you feel the best!

Nicki Minaj On Sexuality, Mariah Carey And Makin Diss Records
Rap superstar Nicki Minaj is quickly making a name for herself. If you have been following her career, you can see that she has come a long way from the girl sitting on the steps rapping on The Come Up DVD. I have no doubt in my mind that Nicki Minaj will take over the world one day at a time. Check out her outtakes from her Vibe Magazine interview,
ON HER SEXUALITY
If I say I only stop for pedestrian and a real, real bad lesbian—did that say and then I go home and have sex with that lesbian? I just embrace all people of all lifestyles and I don’t tell them they are bad people. And I say girls are beautiful and girls are sexy and they need to be told that, and if they don’t have anyone to tell them that and mean it, I’m gonna tell them that. But I feel like people always wanna define me and I don’t wanna be defined.
ON RECORDING WITH MARIAH CAREY
That was insane! I mean let alone I’m a huge fan and she’s a huge icon. No album out! Female. Rapper. Doesn’t happen. That does not happen. I don’t care how far back you look. I dare any hip-hop historian to tell me when that has ever happened. It doesn’t. And I still don’t know why it did.
ON DISS RECORDS
My diss record is my success rate, and how much I can charge to be somewhere for 30 minutes. That’s my diss record. The fact that I can pay your mortgage for a year in 30 minutes. That’s my diss record. That diss record makes everyone go ooooooh word Nicki went in! That’s all I need.
Interesting...
